Twitter Participation Guidelines

The @TACVictoria provides an avenue for conversation. Our aim is to ensure this platform is inclusive, safe and constructive.

Decisions made by the moderation team are sound and therefore we ask our Twitter community to support the authority of these decisions.

Our Twitter comments are moderated and we acknowledge there may be criticism of posts we publish. However, we will not allow:

1. The @TACVictoria handle to be used for persistent campaigns against the TAC. For the sake of conversation and input, we will distinguish between constructive, focused argument and smear tactics or tactics used to include @TACVictoria in an ongoing private discussion aimed at highlighting a personal complaint.

2. The @TACVictoria handle to be used as an avenue to highlight a personal claim or issue. If so, we will invite the account holder to fill out our online complaints form (http://bit.ly/1Qlb2sF). If they do not fill out the form and continue to post complaints using our handle, their account will be blocked.
