We're Back

September 2010

The AFL finals season is a huge social event on the Victorian calendar and a time when fans gather with friends for BBQ's and parties. The We're Back campaign uses actual Victorian Police officers who share the same surname as several high profile ex-AFL footballers. The clever aid sends out the message "we're back", meaning police would be out in force to catch drink drivers. The TAC wanted to make it clear to the public that if they were going to drink drive over the finals period, they would be caught.
