Certificate III in Business Administration Traineeships
As you enter the workforce for the first time, you may like to consider a TAC Business Administration Traineeship - where you will be given the opportunity to learn new skills, gain insight into our organisation, and most importantly, receive hands-on experience towards a career as a legal assistant or in administration.
The TAC's traineeships typically run for 12 months and operates within our Corporate Services Division where you will undertake a Certificate III in Business Administration to develop your skills and experience.
There are two types of traineeship programs, one focuses on the legal aspects, as the program is tailored for trainees to have the opportunity to become a legal assistant upon completion, and the other program focuses on general administration in the business, and incorporates several rotations into different areas of the business.
At the end of the traineeship, and based on your performance in the role, you may have the opportunity to apply for other positions at the TAC.
Alternatively, you may prefer to use your experience at the TAC as a springboard into other positions within the broader employment market. This is a great way to broaden your industry experience and knowledge.
The TAC is always keen to speak with ex-trainees who have an ongoing interest in returning to the company later in their career.
The TAC partners with G-Force Apprenticeship Centre and Mentor through its group training branch JOLT Group Training Ltd to provide us with suitable trainees including opportunities for candidates from the successful state government initiative, the Neighborhood Renewal Program.
