From a Victoria Police perspective,

we always talk about the fatal five -

speed, impairment, distraction,
fatigue and seatbelts.

They're the five major factors
that cause road trauma in this state,

and across Australia, for that matter.

People need to be
conscious of their speed,

driving within the limits
and the conditions.

Don't be affected by alcohol.

Don't be affected by drugs.

Do not drive when you're fatigued.

Do not drive
whilst not wearing a seatbelt.

And never, never
use your mobile phone.

Think about concentrating
whilst you're driving a motor car.

Don't be distracted by devices
within the car.

(TRAM BELL DINGS)
(SCREAMS)

(THUD!)
(TYRES SQUEAL)

GIRL: No!

MAN: Oh!
