What’s the process after I make a claim? What happens?

So, the TAC will review
and assess your claim.

If your claim is accepted,
we will contact you

and also send you out some information

about what the TAC
can do to support you.

Throughout the process,
we will work with you individually

to set some goals
and to get your recovery on track.

During those conversations,
we'll also set some expectations

around what we need from you
throughout the process.

When the TAC receives a claim we review and assess that claim based on the information provided.

If your claim is accepted, we will contact you and also send you out some information about what the TAC can do to support you.
