TAC Parliamentary Inquiry Hearing CEO - Opening statement
The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) today appeared before the Parliamentary Inquiry into claims made through the TAC.
In her opening statement, TAC Chief Executive Officer Tracey Slatter acknowledged the personal experiences shared through the Inquiry and reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to listening, learning, and continuously improving – guided by client experience, evidence, and processes such as this Inquiry.
Under the TAC’s Make Every Day Matter strategy, launched in 2024, the organisation is already delivering significant improvements to enhance client experience, deliver better recovery outcomes, and strengthen support for people injured on Victorian roads.
The TAC remains committed to supporting the Committee’s work and looks forward to implementing its recommendations alongside the Make Every Day Matter strategy to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
