The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) has been informed by the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) of an ongoing investigation, Operation Carina.

The TAC understands that no current TAC employees are the subject of IBAC’s investigation.

The TAC is committed to integrity and public accountability. All employees are required to uphold the Victorian Public Sector Code of Conduct and are accountable for acting with integrity, transparency, and in the public interest.
