Emergency expenses claim
When you have an accepted emergency expenses claim, we pay for your ambulance and hospital treatment on the day (and the day after) your accident.
If you need more treatment
We will need more information about your accident and your injuries before we can pay for more treatment.
You can help us by asking your health providers to send us information about the injuries you got in your accident.
You may need to go to a medical exam where an independent doctor can assess your injuries.
We may also write to your providers and ask for more information.
What you need to do
Please call us if you need more treatment for your injuries. Have your TAC claim number ready when you call.
