The examination report

After the doctor has examined you, he or she will write a report about your injuries and, if applicable, giving your injury an impairment rating (expressed as a percentage). This report is then sent to the TAC to review in order to proceed with making a decision on your claim.

For impairments, there may be multiple reports we must receive before we can make a decision relating to your impairment claim. Once all of your injuries have been assessed, your TAC Impairment Benefits Coordinator will work out your impairment rating and write to you with the results.

If you have any concerns during the medical examination, talk to the IME.
