The fees below outline the fees payable for Impairment and Serious Injury Examinations and reports that are requested by the TAC

These rates apply to:
- All Impairment examination assessments and reports completed in accordance with the TAC guidelines.
- The 'Bonus Fee' payable by the TAC for 4th Edition Impairment reports can be paid only when the TAC receives the report within 14 days of the impairment examination date. When billing please include on the Tax Invoice both the standard report item number and associated fee, as well as the bonus item number and related fee.
- All 2nd edition Impairment reports and 4th Edition Impairment reports that are received after 14 days following the examination date will be paid at the standard report fee.
