Your feedback plays a very important role in letting us know what things we are doing well and where we need to improve. Surveys are conducted every three months with people who have a claim with the TAC.

Your feedback could be about:
- The level of service provided by the TAC
- A TAC advertisement or sponsorship
- Your interactions with TAC staff
