If requested by the TAC, instead complete the partial occupational therapy review of capabilities to assess 1-2 areas of function and recommend supports, including attendant care. Submit for TAC’s consideration.

Utilise the optional attendant care calculator, where large and/or complex attendant care programs are recommended.
