New digital payment solution - Lantern Pay

Most service providers can now process TAC payments through a new digital solution: LanternPay.

LanternPay dramatically shifts how you transact with the TAC, from a paper-based manual invoicing process, to a digital transaction.

By submitting an invoice for TAC services through LanternPay, you can view payment decisions immediately and will receive approved payments the next business day. You can also see in real time if a client has a TAC-approved claim.

Automated paperless invoicing will save you time and resources, with less effort needed for sending invoices, reworking of accounts, following up with the TAC for payment, or resolving billing issues.

Services eligible for Lantern Pay include:

  • Allied health
  • Medical (excluding surgery)
  • Mental health
  • Home services
  • Interpreting services
  • TAC-requested reports
  • Equipment under $1,000
