TAC contact email guide

Please follow these simple steps to find the correct TAC email address to send your JME and IME related emails:

Choose a Matter type from the list below.
Select your Enquiry type from the drop down list.
Click on the email address provided to send your correspondence to the relevant TAC inbox, ensuring any information listed is included. In many cases, the email subject will pre-populate with the required details.

Remember:

Send only one email per claim number to ensure it reaches the relevant TAC team.
If you have direct contact details for the claim manager in your client/referral letter, please reach out to them directly
