The TAC undertakes and supports research with two focuses - to improve outcomes for clients and to help reduce road trauma in Victoria
From 2005 to 2016, this commitment will be signified by an $80 million investment in neurotrauma research.
With the help of this investment, Victoria is now an international centre of excellence in neurotrauma research providing an environment where Victorian scientists have established themselves as national and international research leaders.
Victoria's achievements and excellent performance in traumatic brain and spinal cord injury research is expected to positively impact the lives of those affected by neurotrauma.
We will work in partnership with the Institute for Safety, Compensation and Recovery Research (ISCRR) to help manage a range of reasearch programs.
