System upgrade - payment delays

Due to our recent system upgrade to reduce your administrative burden we are experiencing some delays in payments to service providers for mailed or faxed invoices.  Please do not re-send invoices, our accounts team are working hard to get you paid as soon as possible.

Invoices submitted via LanternPay are unaffected, and the LanternPay rebate is being extended until 30 June so eligible providers can continue to get next business day payments fee-free while we catch up on the backlog.
