If you have submitted an invoice or reimbursement request to the TAC and received a message on your remittance advice that says ‘More information needed to consider this service’, the following scenarios might apply to you.

Note: This remittance advice is not a decision to cease the client’s entitlement to TAC funded treatment. We simply need more information to understand their current situation, in order to make an informed decision about what we can pay for, and for how long.
