New leadership team to drive organisation success

Published date: 14 Dec 2023

Following an extensive recruitment process, Transport Accident Commission CEO Tracey Slatter has today formalised the new Executive Leadership Team tasked with leading the organisation into a new strategic era.

The new leadership appointments come following an Organisation Review, following the appointment of new CEO Tracey Slatter in July 2023.

With a new structure and leadership team in place, Ms Slatter is confident the organisation has set itself up for success leading into 2024 and beyond.

“A strong executive leadership team is critical to the success of any organisation, and I am confident we have secured the right leaders to help drive the TAC into this new era,” Ms Slatter said.

An integral part of the TAC’s Organisation Review was the design of a new organisation structure, providing a strong foundation for success and setting the business up to deliver on strategic goals.

“Together, we’re looking forward to building upon an already high-performing culture at the TAC – one where we all strive to do our best work for the benefit of our clients, the Victorian community, and our people.”

The new Executive Leadership Team and their respective divisions are outlined, below:

  • Executive General Manager, Clients – Katherine Gobbi
  • Executive General Manager, Community – Jacqui Sampson
  • Executive General Manager, Enterprise Transformation – Jennifer Rebeiro
  • Executive General Manager, Finance and Governance – Nardia Coppe
