Providing feedback

Your feedback plays a very important role in letting us know what things we are doing well and where we need to improve. Surveys are conducted every three months with people who have a claim with the TAC. 

You can also email info@tac.vic.gov.au, or call the TAC on 1300 654 329 to provide your feedback on the service you receive.

If you would prefer to write a letter to the TAC, you can post it to:

Your feedback could be about:

  • The level of service provided by the TAC
  • A TAC advertisement or sponsorship
  • Your interactions with TAC staff

Your feedback will be directed to the appropriate manager. If you wish to receive a response from the TAC, please also include your postal or email address.
