Speed limits are part of an overall system that aspires to the target of zero deaths on our roads. If he did, he would know that exceeding the speed limit by as little as 5km/h in a 60 zone is enough to double your crash risk.I also take exception to Dear editor, Between finishing their VCE exams and Schoolies Week celebrations, Victoria’s latest round of school leavers have plenty to look forward to in coming weeks.
