Provider registration

This is for providers offering attendant care, client independence skills services, community group services (also known as community group programs), case management services, community access planning, respite services, supported accommodation and supported employment services.

Make a request or submit treatment plan

Email: info@tac.vic.gov.au.

You must include the client’s claim number and full name in the subject line. This helps ensure it is sent to the right team to be actioned as quickly as possible.

Requests for approval must be in writing from an appropriately qualified health professional.

Many treatments and services require you to complete a specific treatment plan or request form.

Please provide sufficient information about the pending request, including original submission date, to enable one of our team to investigate and respond

Submit an invoice or payment enquiry

Submit an invoice via email

Email: invoices@tac.vic.gov.au

Your email must contain:

  • invoices for only one client per email
  • the word ‘invoice’ and the TAC claim number in the subject line i.e. Invoice for TAC claim xx/xxxxx
  • invoices in PDF format (not Microsoft Excel or Word)
  • no links to accounting programs (e.g. MYOB)
  • include only one TAC inbox in your email

Payment or remittance enquiry

Please add the client’s claim number and full name in the subject line.

Please do not attach a copy of the remittance advice or the unpaid invoice. Just provide the date advice or invoice was issued, along with your question/s.

The Clinical Panel can provide healthcare providers with free support and advice related to the treatment of TAC clients.

They can work with you to discuss the most effective treatment options and pathways, support you with managing complex clients and address any concerns you have about your patient.

Raise a concern or complaint

Reporting a quality or safety concern

The TAC expects providers to adhere to community standards, registration and regulatory requirements when reporting quality and safety concerns that impact a TAC client.

To report concerns about the quality or safety of a TAC-funded service use our online concerns and complaints form or see the concerns and complaints page for options.

Please note if you are a professional reporting concerns regarding the conduct of another registered practitioner, the TAC expects you to also follow any mandatory reporting obligations aligned to your discipline.

Concerns about children or young people

For immediate concerns and to report abuse, harm or neglect, contact the police and/or Child Protection on 1300 655 795 (after hours 13 12 78)

You should notify the TAC of concerns or risks related to children where it may impact the delivery of TAC funded services or supports
