Client Voice

'Client Voice' describes our work to learn from the experiences of our clients. By ensuring that our clients' voices are heard, we can make informed decisions that will provide positive benefits for those impacted by road trauma.

Our Client Voice Framework reflects our commitment to valuing the contribution and creativity of people who have experienced road trauma. It allows us to gather the insights of our clients in a consistent way, guided by a set of principles and values. TAC clients and staff work together to find a better way for the TAC to deliver services to the Victorian community.

Benefits of our Client Voice work include:

  • Our clients feel valued.
  • Our clients have an opportunity to develop new skills and build social networks with others affected by road trauma.
  • Our clients take part in social and economic activities.
  • We better balance client and business objectives.
